Dee
Dee is a delightful older girl that is living with a foster family until
she can find a happy home of her own.
Though now slowed-down some at 12-years of age (of a breed that can
be long-lived), she has a youthful & sweet disposition, good health
and still delights in occasionally running through the park, romping
around the house at dinner-time or clowning-around like a puppy.
She is always ready to go for a spirited walk or easy jog and loves
car rides, but is also happy settling down for a nap or just hanging out.
She enjoys people (incl. kids) and other dogs and is great on
a leash. She hangs out in the
back yard on pleasant days, but is very well-mannered indoors and prefers
being close to people. For
the right family or individual, she’ll be a great companion. For more information |

Dee Dee is a typical Siberian husky in that she still has a distinct prey instinct and should be in a home without cats or small animals. She would do great with another dog—large or small—in the home. She stays home alone for up to 8 hours and behaves perfectly. It is unknown if she is crate trained. Dee Dee has been checked over by a vet, and she appears very healthy for a gal of twelve. She takes supplements to keep her healthy and active. She is up-to-date on her shots. |
