Niki (Nikishka) is a very energetic spayed 6 yr old female.  She is current on her shots and has her medical records.  She has been part of our family since she was 8 wks old.  She has been crate trained and uses that space as her safety zone.  She does do well with children except around food and when she's in her crate - she will snap.   She has been treated like a princess and that was not a good thing.  She chases cats and catches birds and killed my daughter's hamster.  She should not be in a home with small animals.  She loves to go for walks and my husband rides his bike and she runs along side very well.   In the winter my husband would put her harness on her and hook her up to the kids sled and take them for a ride.  She loved that!  It was not fair for her to be cooped up for 10 hours a day in a crate.  She has always slept in the house and usually through the night.  She has not been allowed on furniture.
