Kody has been adopted!
Just wanted to give you an update on Kodi. He
is doing very well. He gets
a walk every morning and we hired a trainer to work with him (but mostly
us)
on the basics. Kodi is very responsive to the commands and of course
loves
the reward of treats! He has made a trip with us out to the rain
forest and
loved all the walking trails. Kodi is making the
Thanksgiving trip with
us to Montana. The family is excited to meet him. He loves
rides in the
car and he is still working out a relationship with our cat. We are
so
happy to have him as part of our family. Everyone we run into just
loves
him too! Thanks again for all your help!
Kodiak aka Kodi is a wonderful 2 year old boy. He is
very sweet and loves people. He's well trained, will sit when asked, but
really doesn't like to sit in the snow. He is current on his shots and has
been neutered. Kodi was taken in by the shelter, and the owner released
him. They had only had him for about 2 months. His previous owners
couldn't keep him. Amazingly (like all Siberians) he likes to run and
neither family had the proper facilities to keep him home. He nuzzles with
his nose when he wants to get your attention. He gets along well with the
other Siberian Huskies here.
